Ingredients (serves 1):
5-6 thin cucumber slices
½-inch fresh ginger, thinly sliced
5-6 fresh mint leaves
12 oz plain carbonated mineral water
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Muddle the cucumber, ginger, and mint lightly in a glass.
Add ice and pour in the carbonated water.
Stir and let sit briefly for fuller flavor.
*To reduce lectins. peel cucumber and deseed by cutting a round in the center of the slice where all the seeds are.
