Ingredients (serves 1):
½ lemon, thinly sliced
½ lime, thinly sliced
A few sprigs of fresh basil or rosemary
12 oz plain carbonated mineral water
Ice cubes
Instructions:
Place citrus slices and herbs in a glass.
Lightly muddle to release essential oils.
Fill with ice and pour in carbonated water.
Let infuse for 5 minutes before sipping.
Note: To reduce lectins, completely peel cucumber leaving no dark green residue of peel, cut rings out of the center of cucumber to eliminate all seeds in the center, then rinse with cold water.
